  2. Description of Services jensandersart.com is an online platform where original abstract artwork is sold. The Website provides information about the artist, showcases available artwork, allows customers to make purchases, and facilitates communication between the artist and customers.

  3. Artwork All artwork available for sale on jensandersart.com is the original creation of the artist, Jen Sanders. Each artwork is unique and may vary in color, size, and texture. The artist endeavors to accurately represent the artwork through photographs and descriptions on the Website, but please note that colors may vary depending on individual monitor settings.

  4. Ordering and Purchasing a. Ordering Process: To make a purchase, select the desired artwork and follow the instructions provided on the Website. Review your order carefully before completing the purchase. By submitting an order, you agree to pay the specified purchase price and any applicable taxes or shipping fees. b. Pricing: All prices for artwork on jensandersart.com are listed in the designated currency and are subject to change without notice. The price displayed at the time of purchase is the final price. c.   5. Returns and Refunds

    Damaged Artwork

    If your painting was damaged during shipping please email me ASAP at info@jensandersart.com. I will work with you to resolve the issue. This may require that you send me pictures of the damage for insurance purposes.

    General Return Info

    If you changed your mind and you would like to return a painting please contact me directly at info@jensandersart.com. I do accept returns if you don't like the painting for any reason but the customer will be responsible for any shipping and packaging costs.

    Commissioned artwork

    Because of the process of creating custom paintings I do NOT accept returns (unless damaged) of commissioned artwork. Commissioned artwork requires a deposit and a series of customer approvals before it is shipped to the customer.

  6. Intellectual Property a. Ownership: All intellectual property rights, including copyrights and trademarks, associated with the Website and the artwork available on jensandersart.com, are the property of Jen Sanders. These rights are protected by applicable laws and international treaties. b.
