Shipping Policy

Please read the shipping policy below before purchasing a piece of art.

Free Shipping

The cost of shipping is included in the price for the continental US and Canada.

General Shipping Info

It may take up to 2 weeks for me to prepare your piece for shipping, in addition to the shipping time itself. I will contact you personally with all shipping information and time estimates once your order is placed. Generally, most orders are packed and shipped within a few days after purchase.

Tracking Information:
Tracking details will be emailed to you once your order has shipped so you can follow its progress.

Paintings Over 36"

All paintings over 36 inches must be shipped un-stretched and rolled in a shipping tube. This is due to the very high costs of shipping for artwork that size. If you would like to have me quote you a price for shipping a stretched piece, please email me at info@jensandersart.com.

Un-stretched artwork can be taken to any local art shop and re-stretched easily. This is generally more cost-effective than shipping the piece stretched. The collector is responsible for any costs of re-stretching, which typically range from $100–$400. Shipping larger paintings rolled is a standard industry practice to protect the artwork and keep costs manageable.

International Shipping Policy

I ship internationally to most locations outside the US and Canada. If you’re able to check out, I can ship to you! I cover the first $50 of shipping costs—any remaining balance will be invoiced after your purchase. Once the shipping quote is finalized, I’ll apply the $50 discount and send you an invoice for the balance, which must be paid before shipping.

You’re also responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties imposed by your country. These costs are not included in my pricing or invoices. International orders may experience delays due to customs processing, which are beyond my control. I’ll keep you updated on any shipping changes.

Damaged Items

I take great care in packaging your artwork to ensure it arrives safely. However, if your piece arrivesdamaged, please email me within48 hoursof delivery atinfo@jensandersart.comwith photos of the damage. Pleaseretain all original packaging and materials, as these may be required for the claims process. I’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
