Please read the returns policy below before purchasing a piece of art.
Returning Original Art
All original artwork is non-refundable. In the rare case that your painting was damaged during shipping, please email me ASAP at info@jensandersart.com. I will work with you to resolve the issue. This may require you to send me pictures of the damage for insurance purposes.
In the case of a lost, stolen, or undelivered item, I address these on a case-by-case basis. Often this can be due to several possible factors, and we may need to involve the delivery carrier to help resolve the issue.
Shipping Carrier Details
Generally, all orders are shipped via UPS with tracking numbers provided. UPS or DHL are the preferred carriers for international orders. If, for whatever reason, you have a preferred carrier, please reach out and let me know.
