Damaged Artwork
If your painting was damaged during shipping please email me ASAP at info@jensandersart.com. I will work with you to resolve the issue. This may require that you send me pictures of the damage for insurance purposes.
General Return Info
If you changed your mind and you would like to return a painting please contact me directly at info@jensandersart.com. I do accept returns if you don't like the painting for any reason but the customer will be responsible for any shipping and packaging costs.
Commissioned artwork
Because of the process of creating custom paintings I do NOT accept returns (unless damaged) of commissioned artwork. Commissioned artwork requires a deposit and a series of customer approvals before it is shipped to the customer.
